SANOW is the trading name used by Sanitatum SL for this service.
2. Purpose
This website provides information and channels for requesting and coordinating online and in-person medical services. Sending a request does not itself confirm acceptance of the service, professional availability or an appointment. SANOW will separately communicate availability, the professional, the final price and, where applicable, the payment link.
3. Medical information and emergencies
Public content is general and informative and does not replace an individual medical assessment. SANOW is not an emergency service. In a life-threatening emergency, call 112 or 061. Do not use public forms to submit medical records, reports, photographs, diagnostic tests or other medical documents; SANOW will indicate the appropriate clinical channel when necessary.
4. Access and use
Users agree to provide truthful, current and sufficient information, not to impersonate others and not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that may damage its security, availability or operation. A request concerning a child must be made by their legal representative or a duly authorized person.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The website's texts, designs, trademarks, logos, images, software and other content are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, transformation or exploitation is not authorized except with express permission or where allowed by law.
6. Third-party links and services
The website may provide links to or integrate third-party services such as Google Meet, Google Calendar, WhatsApp or payment providers. Each third party provides its service under its own terms and policies. Sanitatum SL does not control external content, although it selects providers suitable for operating the service.
7. Liability
Sanitatum SL takes reasonable measures to keep information current and the website available, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, interruptions or technical incidents beyond its control. Medical care is confirmed only through an express communication from SANOW.
8. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law, while respecting all mandatory consumer rights.
