In-person medical care at homes, hotels and apartments within three hours after service activation. Every journey is confirmed according to location, time and availability.

We check coverage and availability and confirm the price. A supplement may apply outside the base area.
Confirm and pay
Once you accept the proposal, you receive a secure payment link and the service is activated.
We arrive within 3 hours
The professional travels to you within three hours after confirmed service activation.
The three-hour period begins when SANOW confirms availability and activates the service. It does not apply before confirmation. SANOW does not initially offer overnight visits and does not replace emergency services.
